Sudha Natrajan is currently the Dy. CEO, with the Lintas Media
Group, a media agency, which is a part of the IPG Worldwide
Communications Group. Her role encompasses business and financial
responsibility for the media agency, with an additional purview of
the Digital Initiatives operation, and a Directorship of Lintas'
outdoor arm, Aaren Initiative. In the media business, at Lintas
Media Group, she has played a key role in taking the agency from
its 'C' rating by Recma (the only Media Agency Ranking used
worldwide by the industry), in the span of 4 years to its
present 'A+' ranking, with a cumulative score that puts Lintas at
the top of the list.
Before she joined Lintas, she was a product manager at Parle
products where she sold and marketed the largest selling biscuit in
the world - Parle G and launched their personal care brand,
Prudent, toothpastes, toothbrushes and mouthwash. These four years
of brand management laid a concrete foundation which has helped her
be grounded in all her succeeding assignments.
An effervescent and popular member of the industry, she has been
repeatedly voted by the 179 strong team at the Lintas Media Group,
as the 'Lord of the Rings', defined as the truest all rounder, most
successful at work and most popular with people.
She has an unbroken track record of successful brand launches,
several industry awards for innovative and best strategic work,
retained 100% of her clients through the years and was voted as a
'Woman Icon', of the advertising industry. She was also nominated
as the Woman of the year, for Bangalore City, 2008-09, and one
amongst the top 27 successful women in India, by the Savvy
magazine, earlier this year. She appears on shows, writes articles
for leading business dailies and magazines and also gets invited to
speak at various industry forums regularly.
